Making It Yours: How to Use the Custom Details
Welcome! We’re thrilled you’ve chosen RIVERS ENGRAVINGS to bring your vision to life. There’s nothing we love more than helping you create a lasting, meaningful impression. Personalizing your item is simple—just use the “Custom Details” field above the “Add to Cart” button to tell us exactly what you’d like engraved.
What to Include in Your Custom Request Details
1. Engraving Text
Type the exact text, initials, or numbers you’d like engraved.

2. Single Character Items
If your item only allows for one initial or number (such as a monogram pendant or numbered tag), simply enter that character.

3. General Text & Spelling
Please double-check your spelling, punctuation, and capitalization—we engrave exactly what you submit.

4. Font Preference (If Applicable)
If the product allows font selection, specify your choice in the same field.

All available font options are shown in the product images. If no font is specified, we’ll select a timeless style that complements your piece.
5. Image Uploads (If Applicable)
You may upload images in common formats such as .jpg, .png, or .svg.
To achieve a crisp and beautiful engraving, please ensure your image has clear contrast—ideally in pure black and white.

If an image doesn’t meet these requirements, we’ll contact you for a better version before engraving.
